Since establishing the firm, Dennis Lee has developed broad experience in the full range of architectural design, engineering and construction of building systems. In addition to his technical background, Dennis Lee has worked closely with real estate professionals including major investment firms, facilities managers and construction firms. All which has provided him with a full understanding and participation in the investment, development, design and construction process.

Process

Dennis Lee oversees all projects, either personally involving himself in the project management and the design of the projects or carefully reviewing all designs, specifications and communications produced in the office. The firm is committed to work closely with our clients in understanding their project needs, budget and schedule constraints and develop solutions by applying the latest design and engineering technologies combined with a nuts & bolts sensibility. All work will be under the supervision and management of licensed professionals.
